Going Bananas!
Literally not figuratively :) On Wednesday morning, I woke up around 6am finding myself stretching my legs. All of the sudden I had this excoriating pain through my calf, I think like a charlie horse but I have never had one before. The pain subsided after a minute but left tenderness in my calf that made it fun to walk up stairs all week. Come to find out these leg pains are common starting the 4th month of pregnancy. Lucky me! It does say that one way to eliminate them is to up your potassium intake. Bananas here I come!

I experienced the SAME THING! Bananas help, and you can also stand on your tiptoes on a stair and push your heels down below the stair to stretch your calves out before going to bed. Beats throwing up I guess. :)
