On Saturday, my Dad and Nancy came up to watch Eva while Eric and I went to the Fabulous Food Show. Eva was sleeping when they came and still sleeping when Eric and I left. When she woke up she cried like some alien invaders were in the house for about an hour and then finally fell asleep. My Dad and Nancy were good sports about it though and said they would babysit again.
I told this to my friend Tracy and her response was:
I’m glad the aliens left your house after an hour so Eva could get some sleep.
Ha! I thought that was funny and had to share :)
On a side note, the dermatologist said my hair loss was normal and it would start coming back after 6 months. :)

You are right on track for the hair loss; Mine started around 4 months too. It feels like a lot of hair loss b/c during the pregnancy you lost almost no hair. Now that the hormones have settled down a bit, you are simply doing a catch up hair loss! Glad to hear the dermatologist confirmed that :-)
ReplyDeleteOh, and one more tip from this seasoned pro...use Buttpaste on her bum anytime she's even slightly pink. We rec'd it as a shower gift from another seasoned Mom & it works great. Much better than Desitin or others. It doesn't smell great, but trust me & just use it until her rash is gone & anytime her skin gets irritated in the future.
